    Description

    Also called a Turning Saw, this 195X 12" English Bow Saw is made from solid Beech and has 12" x 10 TPI high Carbon steel blade. Before the days of the band saw this extremely versatile tool was the go to saw for a wide variety of curved cuts, ripping cuts, and cross cuts. Made in the traditional H-frame style with loose mortise and tenon joints, it uses a cord and twist stick to increase or decrease blade tension as appropriate. The replaceable high carbon steel blade is 12" (305mm) long with 10 teeth per inch (TPI). England
